Where better to combine family and career than in a family business? We are convinced: only those who manage to find the balance between both worlds can perform well over the long-term and therefore be successful. From production to the management level, we employ individual solutions – irrespective of whether it is to be the 4-day week, the home office, part-time working or paternal leave, we decide as a function of the activity.
From our point of view even more important than simply offering possibilities is the absolute acceptance and understanding of the related family situation of our employees. That we have already done much here and are on the right path is demonstrated by the fact that around 50 % of our workforce are women. Whether in production, development or in sales – we offer individual support to suit needs!
In general a short core working time of course applies to all our employees – as such we offer late risers and early risers plenty of room for maneuver!
