In light of the current Corona pandemic, we have an important obligation. Our employees are working hard on keeping our production running and maintaining our ability to supply our customers.
We would like to take this opportunity to update you about the latest developments.
Supply chain secured
Currently our production is continuing to operate with increased safety precautions for our employees; these safety precautions are not causing any significant limitations. At the moment, our supply chain is guaranteed, even in the current situation.
However, delivery times for products within Europe may be longer. Delays during domestic transport and to international shipments by air are also possible.
It is currently not possible to predict the further development of the pandemic. If significant changes occur in our supply chain or our ability to deliver, we will of course inform you.
We remain at your service
Availability to our customers and the ability to deliver our products is a major concern for us. Therefore, you can still contact all our departments without restrictions. To protect our employees in the best possible way, we are currently implementing various measures in accordance with the recommendations of the WHO, the Robert Koch Institute and local authorities. The measures include increased hygiene standards within the organization, production and logistics, along with home offices, separate groups in offices, and a transition to shift systems. These steps serve to prevent stoppages in our production areas and are also intended to ensure that our performance is maintained at a stable level.
We are determined to do whatever is necessary to remain your dependable partner, even in these times. Let us pull together in these exceptional circumstances and tackle the challenges jointly.
