Safety switch TK with guard locking and guard lock monitoring (without prevention of inadvertent locking position (faulty closure protection))
Description
Wherever typical safety switches of type 2 reach their limits, the TK is in its element. With a locking force of more than 5,000 N, it is set up for very high loads. The TK has guard lock monitoring and is equipped with safety switching contacts.
Simple principle of operation: If a safety system is to be locked, the guard locking pin prevents it from opening. The guard locking pin is retracted only after the guard locking solenoid is supplied with power. The guard can then be opened.
The pin position can be monitored via the safety switching elements.
