Highly coded evaluation

Each actuator is highly coded (HC). The switch detects only taught-in actuators. Additional actuators can be taught-in. Only the last actuator taught-in is detected.

Guard locking type

CTM‑CBI

Guard locking operated by means of input signal.

The switch can be configured with the aid of the function actuator. Guard lock monitoring is switched on or off depending on the taught-in function actuator.

This type of guard locking has a function to prevent

  • persons from unintentionally locking themselves inside if the safety door is open in case of a power failure or if the machine is switched off.
  • the deactivation of the activated guard locking in case of a power failure.

FlexFunction

The actuator configures the switch during setup. Depending on the actuator selected, guard lock monitoring of the safety switch is active or inactive.
