Proven safety engineering with new IO-Link Safety communication standard

The CES-I-IO is a proven RFID safety switch without guard locking. The CES-I-IO consists of a permanently mounted switch and an actuator that is attached to a moving machine part.
Various actuator types are available:
  • Highly coded single actuators
  • High-coded actuator sets
  • Low-coded numbered actuators
  • Various designs: Design C07, dowel actuators, mini actuators

Interface for IO-Link Safety

The interface for IO-Link Safety enables simple integration into higher levels of automation. Functional safety from the control system to sensor level, reduced planning and installation effort and detailed status and diagnostic messages in real time are thus warranted.

Simple changing of the coding level

The coding level of the switch can be easily selected during the IO-Link Safety Setup. This means that many applications are possible with a single switch.

Safe identification and transmission of the actuator number

The positions of moving machine parts can be monitored safely thanks to the safe identification and transmission of actuator numbers. This enables the use of the CES-I-IO on rotary tool tables, robot grippers or driverless transport systems.
